Cheaply Shop delivers only to locations supported by the live delivery configuration. Your address is validated during checkout before an order can be placed.

Coverage and charges

Availability, minimum order amount, delivery fee, free-delivery threshold and Cash on Delivery eligibility are calculated from the current address, cart and store settings and are displayed before payment.

Fulfilment and tracking

Order status is available in your account and may be sent through enabled notification channels. Delivery estimates and availability can change because of stock, address issues, weather, traffic or operational conditions. Support will assist with materially delayed or failed deliveries.

Receiving an order

Please provide an accurate address and reachable mobile number. Check the delivered package promptly and use the authenticated order or support workflow for missing, incorrect or damaged eligible items.
