This policy explains how Cheaply Shop handles personal information when you use our mobile app, website, customer service and connected commerce services.

Information we collect

Depending on the feature used, we process mobile number and OTP authentication records; profile details such as name and email; saved delivery addresses and location coordinates you choose to provide; cart, wishlist, coupon, order, return, replacement and support activity; device notification tokens; and payment references and status. Payment card or UPI credentials are entered in Razorpay’s secure checkout and are not stored by Cheaply Shop.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate customers, operate carts and wishlists, validate inventory and delivery, calculate checkout totals, process and reconcile payments, fulfil and support orders, prevent fraud and abuse, send service notifications, maintain reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers

Cheaply Shop uses Firebase and Firestore for application and commerce data, Firebase services for notifications, analytics and reliability where enabled, Razorpay for payments, Cloudinary for customer-authorized media uploads, and hosting/infrastructure providers needed to operate the service. Providers process information for these purposes under their own security and privacy terms.

Retention and security

We retain account and shopping data while your account is active and as necessary to provide services. After account deletion, private profile, address, cart, wishlist, device and notification data covered by the deletion process is removed or cleared. Transaction records may be anonymized and retained where required for payment reconciliation, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, audit or other lawful business obligations. We apply authenticated server-side access controls and tenant isolation.

Your choices

You can update profile details, manage addresses and notifications, and request account deletion through the authenticated app or website flow. You may also contact support for access, correction or privacy questions. Location and notification permissions can be controlled in device settings.

Children

Cheaply Shop is a general ecommerce service and is not intentionally directed to children. A parent or guardian should supervise purchases by minors.

Policy changes

Material changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
